RTV900 Power Steering just quit?

Hi

Anyone ever experience an RTV900 power steering just quit?
No oil puddles, Hydraulic pump still works, steering wheel just goes around in circles, no stops.
I can barely turn front wheels by hand, Right front wheel has a lot of play by hand turning right to left, etc, left side not so much.

Steering was wandering driving down a straight road for quite a while.

I hope it the cylinder, less to fix and may help the steeering wander.

Are their checks I can do to determine which is bad?

A friend had that problem. He had water in his power steering fluid.

Fairly certain it is one of two possible problems.

A,) The Earth's climate is going Flaky!
Saturday -17F , wind Chill about -35F.
Today, 47 F , 60 Mph wind gusts. Very foggy.
That is a 60 F difference in 48 hours.
I think the Kubota RTV900 Hydraulic resevior vent lets moisture in the oil, and the system may have froze up. Our equipment building is still about 30 F on the inside, and all the equipment is really sweating. That's not good, as the insides of the engine, etc, collect water.

B.) Steering cylinder went south, I think the controller and pump are ok.

Once it warms up, I'll have my answer snd i will post.

As the Dump works, It is not the Pump?? Maybe it is??
Does anyone know if the RTV900 has a two section hydraulic pump, i.e. inboard feeds dump cylinder and outboard feeds the steering??

Seems All Fixed.

Asctually good that this happened as now we we forced to change fluids.

My 2007 RTV 1100 has a two section engine driven pump some of the early ones drove off the transmission. They came up with a new trap type vent as the ones with the red cap were sucking water in to the tank.
