Hmmmmm... this is NOT most forum etiquette. I appreciate it. I do try initially to find it on my own, the problem is when you find 5 and 6 page threads on the list which started out not talking about whatever problem you are trying to solve but may (or may not) mention your issue somewhere within. Nice to know there aren't a bunch of forum gestapo types out there. Some other forums can be evil (i.e. I'm living off grid now and trying to get information on solar forums is annoying).

A) definitely a breach of forum etiquette.
B) Sometimes you are so ignorant on a topic you don't even know what you don't know or what you need to research. Luckily ignorance can be remedied by knowledge, unlike stupidity, where you are up a creek without a paddle.

I'd recommend reading the first page or 2 of posts in the hydraulic & attachment forum. You'll probably be able to formulate some of your questions after that. Step 2 is use search on those questions as lots have asked those same questions before & have already been answered.

I have a 2006 DK45s, which is the next model after yours, but similar in most ways. I originally planned to add a double diverter valve to the back which would give me three remotes at the back (top, tilt, and grapple). I was working with Brian (MtnViewRanch aka Fit Rite Hydraulics - fitritehydraulics.com) to work up a design when I found one of the original Kioti OEM kits for the second rear remote on EBay. I still had some concerns about physical clearances with the double diverter and I knew the OEM kit would fit so I went with the OEM kit. I use the two remotes for top and tilt. The top link is super useful with a box blade because you can adjust the blade pitch angle (the main control for a box blade) in seconds from the seat. By the way, I did get both my top and tilt cylinders from Brian.

With any custom hydraulic add-on there are MANY different types of fittings. Getting the best setup can be a challenge for a novice. like me. I don't know if MIE has a diverter kit already developed for your machine but I've had excellent results with Brian/FitRite. There is guesswork and trial and error whenever you develop a kit for a different tractor. In my case, Brian sent me different sizes of hoses and fittings to find the best setup.

So you can work up a diverter setup on your own, perhaps getting parts from Surplus Center get one from someone that has already kit-proofed the setup on the exact same model tractor, or work with someone like Brian who knows the parts and will make adjustments if needed.

I have a case of attachment-itis myself; I always think I need a grapple. However the years go by and somehow or another I seem to muddle thru without one, or any of the other wants-its. I guess I'm sayin see if you really need this thing before throwing down for a sit around attachment you don't use very much.
The backhoe I thought I had to have falls directly into that category.
