Been a saw dealer for over 30 years, still selling Stihl although we were a husky dealer for 20 years. It is not our living do to our other commitments in larger machines but it is a machine every farmer owns and most customers here in the north east. We gave up the husky line and found we had a lot less repair work do to the husky tune-ups and have put that person into working on the lawn mowers that need repair. Although 1/3 of our husky sales were from the tune-up's we are selling more stihl and working on less then before. Used wise we can always sell a Stihl or husky in our area in less then a week. Others after a year they go to auctions when we do get them but normally we will not take them at this point.
