Only device and outlet by law that can be shared with the fridge receptacle is a recessed receptacle for an electric clock.
Not sure about the law where you live (California?), I can only comment on what is allowed here. My understanding of the NEC is that the fridge can be on one of the required 20A kitchen circuits, but does not need to be GFI protected. Hence the first drop in the circuit - pre GFI. If choosing 15A, it must be dedicated. I'm not a professional and do not spend my free time immersed in the electrical code book, so please someone correct me if I'm wrong here.
