80 Acres of UpNorth Heaven

So excited. My wife and I are closing on 80 acres next Friday! It was an old sweet cherry and apple orchard. It has about 25 acres of woods, a 3 acre, slightly overgrown, producing pear orchard and and about 52 acres tillable. The south 40 slopes gently to the south with a wooded ridge on the north side. The north 40 has woods that slope down to the north and then levels out into a field. It is about two and a half miles from our primary residence. it has been fallow for several years. Oh the possibilities...

When you state up north do YA MEAN DA UP or northern lower?
