Do you live in a bubble? Take the quiz

I got a 55; but it doesn't mean much to me. I grew up rural, fairly poor, and did a lot of menial jobs to get by. Have a BS, worked as a Chemist and practiced law for 20 some years. I don't know what the quiz really measures. I do like Blacklist though.

I think you would like the series "Justified". I sure did. It is available for free on Amazon if you are a prime member.

63 here - lifelong N.C. resident, score probably indicates that LOL.

Cool, a long long time ago I lived in Lexington when I was a kid. On Knob Hill the corner of Buena Vista and Westdale. Just above where Lexington BBQ is today. I sure do wish I had some now. Can't get real BBQ out here so I have to make it myself. You're lucky to have it whenever you get hungry for it.

I got a 56 but....

The ranges make NO sense.
11-80 is a First generation upper middle class person with middle class parents. Typical 33?
42-100 is a first generation middle-class person with working class parents and average television and movie going habits. Typical 66.
48-99 is a lifelong resident of a working class neighborhood with average television and moving going habits. Typical 77.
Then there is the 0-20 and 0-43 range.

Too much overlap in ranges for this to be anything buy Bovine Scat. Which of course is exactly what the course is, BS.:laughing::laughing::laughing: But to fun to do anyway. :D:D:D

My wifey and I have seen ONE, and I do mean ONE, movie together and that was because the kids wanted to go. We NEVER, EVER, went to a movie when we were dating or prior to kids. Not one. Today we watch very little television and what we do watch are PBS travel and education shows along with British murder mysteries. This is almost always on the weekend. We seldom turn on the TV during the week, and if we do, it is to watch a DVD, something on PBS or reruns from the 50's or 60s.

Yet, the test says we are average television and movie viewers! :confused3::rolleyes::shocked::laughing::laughing::laughing:

Later,
Dan

Justified was one of the best written series on TV in a long time.

I agree the course is B.S., mainly because it doesn't take enough factors into account. Of course it would be impossible to devise a test short enough for people to take and inclusive enough to be accurate. I am sure the creators of the test feel they nailed it but you cannot easily group people because of what they are aware of and slot them accordingly. Many of us are well read, aware of current events, aware of what is on T.V. even if we rarely watch mainstream shows and are educated in daily life events. I do agree it was a fun and amusing test.
