If your system is open center, then there has to be a flow path from the pump to tank with all valves in neutral.

If a hose is connected wrong or a QD fails, then you will deadhead the system and break something.

If your hyd system is closed center, the pump will go to a standby pressure.

The TY395 is going to be open center. You need to figure out why you don't have a fluid path. Usually it's because the quick-connects have come apart.

Does anyone know who sells shaft seals, could it be possible the seal keeps blow out because my 3pth lever was down with the back hoe on and deadheading the pump

3pt leaver down should not deadhead the pump .

The lever down lets the 3pt cyl empty/drain, and the knob adjust the drain speed or lock the 3pt up for transport..

If you hyd system is open center, open the hose at the 3pt and see if you have a continuous flow.

K next question would going from a cbn e314 pump to cbn 316 be the problem?

Posable that the new pump flow is reversed ? Is there a way to tell . Was told that the 316 pump can pump ether way

What is the right way for the e seals in the pump go? Open point to suction side or pressure

I have the exact same problem with my Hercules 3304 tractor. It has a TY395I, (non-EPA 3-cylinder diesel engine in it, open system hydraulics). I replaced the hydraulic oil pump with a new seal & am testing it as I write this. The only hydraulics on the tractor is the 3-point hitch & I've run the PTO up & down while running the tractor & so far no hydraulic oil has gotten into the crankcase. Both J.J. & quicksandfarmer both appear to be knowledgeable on the issues that cause this problem. I 'll post whether or not the new seal holds up & would appreciate your sharing possible causes & options to fix this problem. Thanks in advance.
