Bought some of Ken's weld on hooks and also purchased the hydraulic pressure tester with the female ISO 7241-A quick connect coupler from him. (Great guy to deal with)
Ken's Bolt on Grab Hooks <<Hydraulics>>
1) Disconnected one of my loader line quick connects (post control valve) and connected hydraulic gauge to that port with quick connect.
Operate the valve at pto rpm for 5-10 seconds at a time until I dialed in the bypass pressure that specs called for.
The adjustment is on the underside of the loader valve and is a locknut with an allen head adjustment. Clockwise will increase pressure.
Ken's Bolt On Hooks website has a video that walks you through the process.
I was hitting relief pressure on my loader at times when I felt that it should have still had some oomph, so I made the purchase and as stated above I was down on pressure from the dealership.
Thanks
