Just another heads up for those of you who are looking at purchasing an Emax. Just got a call from a customer from another close by dealer. He had just taken delivery of a new EMAX and right off the truck it was creeping.Dealer told him it was OK, they do that. NOT ! :confused2: Make sure you test drive the tractor HARD on uneven terrain. Units with BHs will really stand out. Use the stablizers and twist the tractor. See if the wheeles start going round all by them self's. There has been a frame twisting issue with earlier units. Mahindra corrected the problem with new shoulder bolts for the frame and a new forward relief valve. I was told almost a year ago that the update was being done on units in production.Kits were being made available to dealers with customers who were having this issue. Call your dealer if you have a creeping issue. Check the creep before you buy. I'm thinking this unit may have been older stock. There is a TIB for this issue but Mahindra is only covering HST units with BHs. That to me is BS.I'm sure there are units out there with no BH and creeping. This issue that can be solved with this kit..Kit pt# 11209999100. TIB covers 22HST sn# 01799 and lower. 25 HST sn#01729 and lower. No questions asked if unit has a BH.

By creeping are you talking about HST drive tractors not coming to a stop when the pedal is in the neutral position or are you talking about creaking as in a noise from the frame members?

So this wouldn't effect my Max 28 then?

Solid as they are, the Max28 frame flexs quite a bit when heavily loaded on uneven terrain. I've had the engine fan contact the shroud due to frame flex.

Me no comprende, how does frame flex cause the HST to creep?
Maybe it's a good thing I got a gear tractor.

I have an emax22 with backhoe that has 49 hours, the last few hours I used it I noticed it has started creeping.

Traction control neutral linkage is mounted on the frame.
