Thanks to all for helping out with this purchase decision. After looking at both Kioti, Kubota, LS, NH and JD the L2501 won me over....

Bought the truck new in 1984 but now belongs to my oldest son. The first motor was that gutless 6.2 gm diesel but our two sons replaced it with a 1996 Cummins a few years back, along with some upgrades in HP and a 5 speed manual tranny. It's main use now is towing our U-35 excavator and now the new L2501.
