CK 25/27/30/35 HYDRO-STATIC Tracking issues and hours of occurrence a sharing thread.

Good day,
I would like to start a thread for the owners of the CK hydro statics series tractors. What I am looking for is what year your machine is, the issues you have had with it and at what hour mark the issue happened. This is not meant to be a rant on KIOTI or include damage caused by accidents or misuse but just failures under normal operation, what the cause was if known and what the repair and learning was. The purpose is for us all to use it as a possible preventative maintenance guide from each of our experiences. Lets see if it works, if it works well then maybe we can get it stuck to the top.

The reason I specified the CK 25/27/30/35 is because they are identical tractor models covered by the Kioti shop manual. If we blend a bunch of different models together then the thread would be cluttered and hard to find specific information. Not meaning to exclude anyone I just want to organize it for the one model. If it worked then others could do the same for their models as well.

I have a 2008 CK30 HST I bought it with 245 hours on it in 2015, fuel sensor was not working, it is on back order from the dealer.

I think I bought the last of the CK25-27-30-35 series. Mine is a 2014 CK30 HST and of yet have no issues at all about the machine. Great work horse and I am impressed with it. Mind you I only have 100 hours on it still not broke in.

Same here last of the old CK series on the lot, purchased in aug of 2015. Has been an excellent tractor my only issue is the plastic cracked around the gear shift lever it may be out of adjustment it hits in 1st and 3rd lots of extra space on top in 2nd and 4th will bring it in when I get a chance. 120hrs

jabelding I was about to say that should be under warranty I would think. How far are you from the dealer? Maybe a rep can come out and look at it and order you a new one and send a service guy to change/adjust you shifter if it is under warranty.

It is under warranty, I am not that far from the dealer here in Bangor and travel by it often. I will check with them though to see if they are willing to come out, also I don't mind bringing in the part it is easy to remove. The lever adjustment might be a bit tricky I did see if I could get some slop out of the bracket bolts to bring it back to center. They may need to be opened up or the lever bent some.

2004 model year CK30hst purchased new in April 2005. Under warranty, new fuel tank sending unit @50 hours. No other problems. Tighten loader frame bolts, lube all controls and shafts entering trans case yearly along with normal service as per Kioti schedule. Now at @800 hours.
