Hello everyone.
Not sure if everyone remembers but I was the one that had the hydraulic issue back in the winter when everything froze up on my Kioti CK35HST.
I did get it working again and then began to experience problems with the power of the FEL. I pulled the filters and noticed metal filings in both so I changed them both and drained and replaced the hydraulic oil.
That seemed to do the job as the FEL operation was back to normal.
That was about 5 hours of operating time ago and now the issue seems to be returning. Browsing through posts here I think it might be the hydraulic pump but thought I'd as for opinions before ordering a new one.
The symptoms are as follows:
- When cold it operates completely normal however once it warms up the FEL has less and less lifting power.
- If the bucket is empty it can raise, lower and rotate through the full range without problem.
- Add 200lbs of dirt and it lifts very slowly to about 3 feet off the ground and stops.
- It doesn't leak down and will hold that position.
- Let it cool down for 3-4 hours and it good to go for another 20 minutes or so before it starts to fail.
Thoughts ???
