Kubota coverage is much better than what a homeowners policy offers and covers both on/off property. Like driving up the street to help an neighbor Etc.

Yup. I could get much worse coverage only on my property for more money going with homeowners vs. KTAC. Kind of a no-brainer without even figuring in KTACs reputation for good service & pain free claims. Not to mention helping out the neighbors or grading the road, which homeowners won't cover.

Even as an ex property insurance agent here may not be fully correct but normally a Home Owners policy will cover such two ways: for the theft of the tractor and for liability issue. Past that what we sold did not cover anything such as damaged to the tractor. Now it did not necessary add anything to the policy cost either for depending on the tractor it was considered "personal property" and auto covered to a certain amount. A credit company normally wants coverage for damage such as the pond deal mention above. kt
