After 10 years, I just changed out the Atlas BX110BR battery that was in my 3510 last weekend. I have never had any battery last as long as that one has. Excelent run for a Korean made product.

OK, it was an Exide battery. Dealer wanted $130+ Tractor Supply had the exact same battery for $104.99. Walmart did not carry that group size. So I went to Tractor Supply and I will install the new battery this evening. I hope this one lasts another 6 years.

Don't know for sure but I'd guess that is the case. Shipping costs are a big deal and they do everything they can to minimize shipping size and weight. They do a lot of final assembly at the distributors on this side of the pond in order to get more stuff crammed into those shipping containers.

I don't think any of them ship with a battery. My 4025 came with an Exide, must have been installed here in the states.

I knew a guy who worked in a factory that made oil filters. He said although they made almost every major brand there, they were made to meet brand specifications. I don't know how it works with batteries but just because they are put together at the same factory doesn't necessarily mean they are all the same.
BTW, he recommended Wix or Napa Gold but that was several years ago.

I like the Exide batteries too. They seem to give a lot of bang for the buck, and they have the better batteries made for rough use in tractors and other equipment or trucks. Good prices at either Rural King or TSC.
