I sent this to my neighbor this morning.

Home Depot has their deal of the day email, and this was todays. Special Buy Of The Day

It has a selection of small portable generators, some are really great deals. Just use the left or right product scroller.

I just checked and it shows 11 hours on my computer... hmmm. Weird. Maybe regional?

I thought some might like the 4,000 watt gas generator for $249 and they have a 2,000 watt LP generator for $199. The Generac IQ 2,000 watt for $649 is a steal too.

Works fine for me. I just went there and there are 12 hours left. Started with generators and then had all sorts of other stuff on special.

Dang! I would have purchased one of the 7kw gensets too for that price! Must be some funky scripts or Flash driving that page. I always have problems with the HD site. Too bad but I'm not changing my security settings for them. Lowe's site works just fine.

Bummer. I thought it was too good to be true. It is NOT 7kw! It's a 6kw and sale price to everybody else is $649. I tend to stay away from "Special Buys" anyway because of quality factors.
