He'll have a tough time selling out without a FEL. I bought my tc29d (same tractor with less HP) for $5500 this past December. Mine's HST, no SS, no loader, just like what you're looking at. Mine is in rough cosmetic shape and had 850 hours on it. It sat on Craigslist for over 2 months before i bought it. There was also another one on Craigslist a few hours from me. He wanted 10k for his with the same setup, though that one came with turfs and ag tires on rims, which is nice. 350 hours maybe. It too say on Craigslist for at least three months.

Mine has been a real good machine. I'm up to about 920 hours on it now. At 10k for the tractor, and 4k for a loader, though, I'd look at new machines. A Kioti CK 2610 won't cost much more than 16k with a loader. And a warranty. Same size tractor, but you do sacrifice some HP. Anyway, if you do get the TC, though, send me a PM. I have a good place to get a service manual for it.

You might be surprised, you never know how bad a guy might need money. He might spit in your face or you might be driving a tractor home. Just hard to tell.

In my grass a six ft. brush hog would be too big for that tractor. Maybe not in TX.
Maybe you don't need a loader as much as you think? A low hour kept-indoors machine has advantages.

Way too much for that machine. Should be 7 or 8 grand, max. Wait him out. Nothing special about it.

Wonder why lots of people think their stuff is worth so much? I am not afflicted with that condition. Only worth what others are selling for. Pretty simple.

Also, I advise you to buy a tractor with a loader, if the FEL is what you want. You will be money ahead, and everything will be seamlessly integrated and field proven.

I had a New Holland 1925 (same as a tc33) It is a great tractor, and you can do a lot with it, but you are absolutely going to want a loader. That 6' Rotary cutter is too big. 5' would be about right.
