Tractor
Kubota B2650HSD w/Frontloader & CC LTX1046 & Craftman T2200 lawn mower.
M4800 only 550 easy hours but now the other front disk rim has completely crack around.

Lug nuts are torque to spec also tire air pressure okay.

 What do you think could be causing this:confused:

Have they been welded before? See quite a bit of weld porosity at 7oclock?
To much high speed cornering with a full loader on concrete?

Other rim has been welded from cracking but not the one in pic.
Tractor been used for light farming towing wood wagon mostly and snow duty.

Looks lil gross overload, stress fracture

And what's with the colors on the wheel? Is this your rig from new? Hmm

You did say snow duties, if you are pushing an angled plow blade the front wheels end up taking high side stresses.

I have demolished my front rims due to that on my small tractor.
In my case I had a shop make up new center discs that I welded to my rims.
Rather then the thin material formerly used I had the discs jet cut in 5/16" stock and doubt that I will ever trash those.
(Think a 12" 'washer' with 2.5" center hole + 5 stud holes.)

Had no option as new rims were simply not available with closest being over $200 ea and at that only located one locally.

Was it 550 easy hours or is that what a previous owner stated? I find it hard to believe any wheel would crack like that from easy use.

Pre owner used it mostly for sawdust and wood chips, had 220 hours when sold...needed bigger tractor.

Just the standard bucket for snow removal,I plan stopping at my Kubota dealership and picking there brains what might be the cause.
Good chance I'll end up doing as you have done...discs.
