Gear position switch

So I've been noticing the HST gear position switch getting sloppy lately. Even though the switch is in neutral the tractor is shutting off when I get off. It has to be perfectly centered for the tractor not to shut off.

Does anyone know if there is any sort of adjustment for the gear lever? If not I'll be calling my dealer for a warranty repair.

Most likely the detent is sticking which would let the gear shifter move around. This would cause it to move out of position and trigger the safety switch.

I use the app, so the info doesn't show. The answer is most likely no. If the range selector snaps back to the middle and holds, then maybe you can fix it. The range selector detent is on the inside of the transmission. If the range selector moves from high to low without the click of the detent, then it is for sure on the inside.

The range selector electric safety switch is on the right side under the seat (as you set). If you feel the click, then inspect the switch and linkage for damage or looseness. If there is no damage, the linkage and switch are tight, then the switch is a strong suspect as the culprit. This you can most likely change without voiding your warranty. The dealer may even send you the part. Good luck. Number 3 and 4 are your detent parts
