If the only parts you can buy are "0", I think your project is over. It does not appear that cylinder will clean up.

It is a possibility, the service literature should be here early next week, luckily it wasn't terribly expensive if it isn't the correct literature.

If I do come to that conclusion I will then part it out. Not ready to give up on it yet.

That's some mighty pricey parts for what you get. They must have some old guy carving those out of raw stock by hand.

After buying Deere parts I think this will be one of the lesser expensive projects I have done. :confused2:

Wow, I am surprised you found engine parts, I have a 205-4 with a worn engine, I looked into parts a few years ago and there was no such thing as even a head gasket at that time. Been living with it, good little tractor though.

To be quite honest I am surprised with what I have found, it seems that Southern Global has most of the parts I would need to do a rebuild.

You can also try ncwtractorparts.com , if you give them a call he can probably get you any hino parts that you need. The parts guy is also an old hinomoto tech and very helpful.
