Telescoping lift arm won't stay locked in new holland 4630

Remove nut (60), slide out pin (58), raise lock (44), link end(46) should slide out, remove roll pin (42) and you should be able to remove lock, inspect for missing material, compare to new part or opposite side, I have had to replace a broken lock 3-4 times each side on my 4610

is the kit you buy difficult to install, last i checked its about a hundred dollars

Disassemble and clean, look for rounded edges were the dog latches into the extendable link, dress up the notch in the extendable link.
