When I met my wife first time (30 years ago) it was clear to me, after first handshake, that she was different than most. She was a twig 120# but she could squeeze blood from your hand if she would want. When kids were in HS our son would bring home his friends and made them to arm wrestle with her. If I remember it right there was only one guy she had some trouble with. She beat them all. Thirty years later she is still a twig, somewhat weaker, but building retaining wall (her current project) lifting #50+ boulders with no problems.
Speaking about myself I am significantly weaker partly due to a past job requiring no physical strength and partly due to torn biceps in right hand and torn tendons in left hand middle finger. I am retired now working on our hobby farm getting slowly stronger.
