The top looks like an owner add-on. Years ago I owned a canoe transporter that had the same looking wheel and sub structure this trailer shows. Looks like he just added a top to it and a trailer ball. It would be scary any more than a few MPH and there is no way it could handle any real weight. The top added on probably exceeds the weight levels.

A guy dad hired p***d me off one time put 3 cl adds up with his number in 4 states for free goats. Call anytime. He had a busy week. We get shavings at work hardwood and pine. Had been giving them away to people that wanted to get them. Anyway this older guy came in one day to see the landfill. He commented on the shavings and a pile o cover soil we had. He said I need a little sand to fix a hole in my yard. I told him bring s trailer and I'd load him a few buckets. The next day I loaded 2 yards on his trailer and the day after some shavings.
About three system later the same thing. I didn't mind the shavings or soil but then I had 4 people come in and ask where they could get their dirt and shavings they bought. I asked about it and they said cl it was the old mans phone number.
