Correct....I don't know how "well fed" because once they get mature, they are all fat like that here. Plenty to eat I guess.

I trained in the Swamps of Florida. Too many of them to count. Wading thru swamp water up under my arms. Didn't mind them too much when they just laid on a log and let me go by. When it was hard to control the "panic" impulse was when they disappeared into the water.. That was in 1971. Remember it like yesterday.
