Well we have found ourselves in a situation where we are gonna get another piece of equipment....... Just having a hard time making the choice.

We are being drawn toward the Kubota M62TLB. Which Mahindra would you compare to this?

None, Mahindra does not make a true TLB. All just AG-utility tractors with an add on hoe.

No Mahindra tractor will even come close to the hoe capabilities that the M62 has. Go with the Kubota and be happy.

And this coming from a Mahindra 2 tractor owner. ;)

Maybe he should also be looking at Case or some of the other traditional construction equipment brands for construction grade equipment.

The Kubota TLBs are really versatile well built machines, but I'd have a hard time justifying one unless I could buy for at least 15% under retail. Note i own one, it's 11 years old with over 2000 hours. Loader and backhoe wise, nothing its size is available. I'd have destroyed a lesser machine. But Plus 50 G for a new L47 and near 70K for the M62 just takes my breath away.

If the TLB qualifies for $0 down and 0% interest where else can you find that deal?

I do want to dive in, but yea $75k is where I am having a real hard time. Buying a traditional industrial type backhoe would be cheaper and half useless. Could get an OK used one $20k - $30k, but with no 3 point option Im worried it would sit half the year or so. This is why I am looking at the TLBs. Just worried if I get a backhoe on the tractor I'll tear up the equipment to where as I get a TLB it is made for it. I have considered getting a Mahindra with a backhoe, but 60 hp with back hoe, extra remotes front and back isnt far off. Probably $15k at the most.

Keep throwing your thoughts out good or bad please.

Oh yea and that mahindra backhoe link above is cool, but I dont see no 3 point option.

I can't Knock Kubota TLB's Maybe a good used M59?
No tier 4 silliness, and If you are patient, you can find a low hour nice one for under $50K.
Why am I making that sound like a bargain?

See: http://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/...5344-upsized-hydraulic-clyinders-loaders.html
$4 grand to go through Hydraulics, fix leaks and wear, sounds like a lot, but considering cost of a new tractor, and it's past durability over 2000 hours, I don't want a new one.

As mentioned, Mahindra does not sell a dedicated TLB in the USA. I'd consider keeping your 4025 for PTO use and lighter duty chores and buy a used JD 310 or similar Cat or Case TLB for $30k ish and have the best of both worlds.

Having said that, the Kubota TLB is a fine machine.
