Let's see your Kubota

My 7-year old is learning to drive the B7300; I set the throttle low and put it in low range. It goes no faster than a walking pace and I keep him on the flat. He's doing really well so far; I'm a proud dad.

Re: Let's see your Kubota (Finally back together)

This was less than 1/2 hour of work, taking my time.
I was going to use my excavator, but it would not start. Besides, I really wanted to see what my overhaul achieved.

I dug out the roots, and just pushed the 14-15" tree over.
I was in 2WD pushing and prying the stump out, Chains really help.

Not to highjack the thread but I have to embellish a little - the Beavers are brutes of a machine - built by a tool manufacture owner (US Baird Company Stratford CT) who needed a small framed tractor to get into some of his not so accessible fields. As with most of what Baird did for the tooling industry they over build the "Beaver" in ever way. My grandfather bought this for his farm in the 40's and I just finished restoring her a couple of years ago. Wisconsin AKN (6.2 HP). Sits all winter long and with one pull she turns over and purrs like a kitten. Just a blast to ride!

You talk about BASIC. Rope start, I love it! Nice job.

Nice Tractor . With the short 3 point lift arms I cant figure out how to do a clean install of a ballast with any significant weight without completely blocking the ability to hook up my little subsoiler .
