Whatever tractor suits YOU best is the best tractor. There are enough *good* manufacturers out there to make it interesting.

Personally, in the CUT segment, I think the best tractors ever built were the John Deere 4000 Twenty series and the Massey Ferguson 1600 series, in no particular order.
