Because I have implements of all shapes and sizes it would take me forever to go back through and make everything match a quick hitch.

I am considering this system for my MX4800 but I need some input on how it does with heavy ground engagement like a sub soiler and plow. I regularly push to the limits of my traction with loaded tires. Will it handle this level of use ok?

Pat's QH pins through the same hole that is normally used for 3 pt connections. The U shaped casting is/appears to be heavy duty. The thing I like about mine, besides what it does is what it doesn't do.....it doesn't flop around and with the link bar you can pre set your implement width and back up to it, push on it till both sides are equal and lift. Connect your 3rd member and you're gone.

I use the Cat II on my 3000 as it has Cat II lift arms. My 6530 doesn't need it as it already solves all the connection problems normally encountered and the 2400 is so light that I can roll it around by hand when connecting....one of the reasons for buying a 25 hp rather than a 30-35 for general usage around the place.

Pats came in yesterday and I am in love I can't imagine why I waited so long to purchase these things. Pulled the fire breaks right away with no issues then this afternoon I did a ton of blade work using this behomuth blade and never skipped a beat.

I'm assuming you have the turnbuckles. That's one of the reasons I went with the MX5200 instead of the MX4800. Go by your dealer and order the telescoping stabilizers for the MX5200 and MX5800. Those with the Pat's hitches are awesome. I know exactly where to pin the stabilizers for the implement I need to hookup. You probably need a longer toplink, I certainly did. My extendable links were awesome for hookup but I always had trouble with detaching, which is why I installed the Pat's. Thankfully my dad had bought some for another tractor but didn't use them because the PTO shafts were too short, so I installed them. I plan on getting the Pat's hitches that replace my extendable links so I don't need the longer top link.

I didn't want to buy a longer one and have more 24" (I think is the standard size) that I needed so I just cut one in half and welded a couple of pieces of angle iron (steel) to the two halves making a box shaped extension and walla....long 3rd member.
