That farm was a little too open. 3 miles from the south coast of the south island.. next stop Antarctica. A beautiful place on the right day.. just not too many of them. 20150707_095255.jpg this picture was taken a week prior.

well maybe not Antarctica, but you will see Stewart Island across the water. Most if not all would have been covered in scrubby trees etc 150 years ago, but fire clears all.. our native bush is reasonably quick to regenerate

and you don't walk through it unless you have a track or bulldozer to follow. Very dense. I'm glad now for the hundreds of photos clogging up the SD card. More than happy to show you more, different thread?

Time to remove the loader is not my issue but the amount of fluid that leaks out bothers me the most, mainly just making a mess of the valve body.

Yes Pete. Maybe start a thread in the Rural Living forum?? I'm no good at this so I'll probably lead you wrong. I'd post pics in a thread dedicated to landscape photos.

I have traveled around the World a lot. But usually to crappy places that no one wants to see (military). I am so intrigued by the "good" places.

Thank you again for posting your pics. Your landscape is so much different than mine. If you start a thread, post a link to it here. Otherwise I'll miss it. :)

I leave my loader on all the time. When mowing I just raise it to clear the fences, etc. One of these days I should take it off and check all the pins

I started a thread in the rural living forum. I'm not sure yet how to put a link here.. feel free to.
As I said on there, keen to do requests.. or swaps.
