Monarch PTO Water Pump

The pump is manufactured by Monarch a company located near Winnipeg MB.. I found it on an on-line add. The pump set me back $50.00 it was located an hour from home. I need to put blinders on when I;m out and about, apparently peripheral vision is excellent.

Driving along I spotted an old Case 195 garden tractor with the tarp half blown away, the owner conveniently outside tending to some outside work. Drove in and introduced myself. The Case came with a full compliment of attachments, Snowcaster with chains, mower deck, rototiller, Brinly plow and a cultivator.

Hydraulic pump had been replaced and the engine recently overhauled.

You got a great deal on that pump. I've thought about getting one to pump out of a pond.

We used that pump to apply herbicides,,, pumping from the twin 300 gallon tanks on the tractor.
The excess flow insured adequate agitation.

As far as irrigation,, I guess it would be good for a small garden,,,
