Never heard of them.

My first concern is weather resistance.

I see no reason for it. If you want an outdoor container go with a sea land. If you want a structure with windows, doors etc by the time you make all those mods it would have been cheaper to start from scratch. In my area that's less than $500 in materials and two guys would have that built in an easy day. I'd say a homeowner could do it in a weekend and still have time for a few drinks......or in this forum a spin on the tractor.
As stated above it's not designed for any type of weather.

These look like they are pretty simple wooden boxes. I agree that it would be easier and cheaper just to build from scratch.

Per the link, $1100. starting price. You could buy the lumber for that much and build what you want!
These were used for "One way" shipping and the shipper had the price of the container in the shipment cost. Price TOO high!
For little more you can have a steel container.
The "Little House people" blow me away! The money they spend (way more that a travel trailer costs).
The one that really got me was using Kitty Litter in the toilet instead of a holding tank. OMG!!!

From the seller's description:

"All heat-treated Multi-Box building units are built to stand up to years of use."

Heat treated wood? I know I've been away from construction for a while, but how do you heat treat wood, and for what purpose?

That probably means that it's kiln-dried wood.

There are International specs for wood to prevent transporting wood destroying insects and fungi.
