Last night I was moving yet another foot of snow and I went over the edge of a ditch and the front axle was in deep and got stuck, it took me 15 minutes to get out with the use of my loader. Tonight I was moving yet another foot of snow and noticed the tractor didn't seem to have the power it normally does, it was 10F, I'm not sure if the cold had something to do with it or not, any thoughts. It ran like it normally does.

Did you happen to engage the auxiliary hydraulics without realizing it ?

Do you mean rear or mid PTO?

Rear PTO shouldn't be noticeable , you may not have added hydraulics. 10 F. will slow the hydraulics down for a while until the oil warms up maybe 10 or 20 mins.

Ya it's slow to move for 15 minutes or so. Seems to me the lack of power is when in reverse, when I was stuck the only way out was reverse, I hope I didn't screw something up working It as hard as I did.

Make sure 3-pt hitch lever and/or front loader lever aren't stuck. Same for any other hydraulics.

Everything seems to be in order, I'll look at the pedal and linkage tomorrow the loader and 3pt hitch work good. Weird. When I was trying to get unstuck I did get a burning smell for few seconds and then went away, I didn't smell anything tonight.

Check your tire pressure. It is possible to spin the rubber on the rims if you really work at it.

You probably got some snow on the exhaust or up in the motor that made the smell.
