Buying a used Kubota question

Dealer asking $24K with warranty
Figure I can get for $22 delivered with warranty
Dealer sent me pics and tractor looks real clean

Priced new M5060 orops/2wd/no loader - $23K sounds 2K high
Also priced new MX5200 orops/2wd/no loader - $18K

Bought used 709 Deere pull shredder...cheap... couldn't pass
Got the cart before mule..

Leaning on used route..

How much land do you have?

Is said land flat, hilly, rocky etc?

Terrain is flat to moderately hilly

Storage plan is to keep in sealand container to keep rodents away.. Limited by size of container..

My thoughts as well. Plus I'll probably step up too a 12' batwing in a few years. Price seem fair?

Check your area in tractor house and machinery trader. I'm not up on Texas pricing for utility tractors. Around here it wouldn't be on the dealer's lot for 10 minutes at that price.
