Just stop being a jack ***. You know that he had to prepay for the rake. He was dissatisfied with the product and their customer service so he is saying he won't be doing business with them in the future. Pretty common thing really.

I also found that Blain's (no 'e' on the name, BTW) has some great prices on King Kutter products and remarkably inexpensive shipping. I just bought a 60" KK Pro tiller from them and it was only $127 shipped to me. Other places were at least double that on freight shipping to a residential address. I was going to buy locally but my local Runnings didn't have the model I wanted in stock, would have been 5 week lead time, and was a bit more expensive than Blain's. The shipping cost from Blain's was right about the same as local sales tax would have been. Then I did the same thing for a KK middle buster. Blain's had both on sale and the 80# middle buster (which was as cheap as I've seen anywhere else) was shipped free!

I found Blain's (on line) 3 years ago, and their prices are ALWAYS the best.
I called back then, to ask why their shipping costs were SO DIFFERENT.
They told me that THEY do not mark the shipping cost up, while most others do.
Shipping costs are also good from Sweet Farm Equipment, in Canmer, Ky., but Blain's ships from Janesville, Wi., which is much closer to you.

rossn, I just got a KK box blade last week from Blain's farm and fleet, they ship everywhere (very reasonable) I ended up with a KK box delivered to my door for $25. more than a box blade (cheaper unit) from TSC, shipped quick and outstanding service....
Hey Guys - thanks for the recommendations. I placed an order with Blain's for a KK II 48" tiller, but cancelled it later that morning after I talked to KK and came to the conclusion that even though the KK XB Tiller is rated at 6.5 vs 8", it has the same sized tines and no limitations that would prevent it from going that deep, other than the tractor. Being centered is ultimately better than offset, when my track is only about 47". Ended up ordering the KK XB from equipmentbarn.net, as they had the most competitive price at $1329 + $253 shipping to CO. Thanks again!

Not in my recent experience. I was looking for a KK 60" tiller and RuralKing wanted close to $200 to ship it. Checked into a couple other things including a middle buster and some parts/accessories. Not cheap on shipping at all.
