You are going to have to put a steering wheel on it and modify the spindles, before it becomes productive.

I have this picture of a grown man, using a piece of string as a tow rope, pulling out the toy tractor and making pretend engine sounds.

The tractor is out!
Using my smallest recovery strap, (3/8 x 6ft) the first job was removing the log that blocked in the tractor.
Then I gradually turned it outward, pulling gently on the front axle, and clearing brush as needed.
Here is is pulled out onto the road and in the parking area. The loader and bucket still work, after the pins were cleaned and replaced. And all four tires were still good! It even has front weights.
The driving controls have no looseness at all. They feel really solid.
Restoration photos will come later.
