Hi people,

Greeting from the Southern Highlands of NSW Australia. Looking to buy a tractor and this site seems to have it's fair share of aussie's with similar purchasing questions as I have, mainly rep and durability of Chinese tractors.

Looking at a 2nd hand low hour Jinma 25HP or a new DQ404 Enfly. Will only be doing general duties on 25ac mostly on weekends for the first few years.

@everyone -Thanks for the warm welcome.
@mddorange - Just using it as a weekender. Raising- funny you should mention that. We have the option of keeping the 5 black angus lawn mowers already on the farm. My concern is just using it as a weekender the cattle may require (deserve) more "attention" than that? Don't want to really go up to the neighbor and say "hi, bought the joint next-door, mind babysitting the cattle during the week?". Getting a tractor is enough of a jump in the deep end, left alone something living.

So what's the consensus - 5 cattle and a weekend owner = doable or not?
