Yea...I agree....people seem to think these animals are tame.......cudo's to dad or grandpa.

And this isn't the first time in this same dock area. A smaller child was dragged or pushed in by a seal several years ago. Wearing a life jacket probably saved her life. she popped right back up.

This is at the mouth of the Fraser River and at this time of the year, with the snow melt, would likely be less than 40 degrees F
