This is off topic. It remains me what happened to one of my colleagues. He was helping free his sister stuck in the snow. He put a sheet of plywood under the car in front of rear wheels and then tried to push on the car. When his sister stepped on the gas pedal the rear wheels shot the plywood backward breaking both of his shins. He was out of work for several months and has bunch of metal and screws in both of his legs.
A good reason to push vehicles from the center on the trunk lid (or the bumper). Even spinning tires in snow might throw up stones/gravel. Jon
