2016 New Holland Workmaster 33
I'm interested in picking up a set of Titan 42" forks for my NH Workmaster 33 with SSQA FEL. I'm guessing I can go with either the Skid Steer attachment or the tractor quick attach and I'll call them about which one, but my question for you guys is, I like the one that has a receiver in it so I could put a ball on front to move stuff and what not. But I like the arched frame of the other one in case I need to put a chain over it or a ratchet strap to hold limbs or what-not on my forks. Do you guys have any preference on that as to how you use your forks?

The one with the receiver: Titan Skid Steer 42" Pallet Fork & Trailer Hitch Attachment Bobcat Case Kubota

The one with the arched from on top: Titan 42" Pallet Fork Attachment Tractor Kubota Holland Skid Steer Quick tach

I don't really anticipate needing the hole for the hay speer at any time.

Just for giggles, stop by your local Bobcat, JD, NH, Kubota, etc dealer and see what they have. That pretty flimsy looking "arched frame" model, well the top arch is. It's been a while since I bought a set of forks, but for those prices, check the local guy out. Chances are they will have forks for SS use and might even have a used set that will be built much more robust. For trailer moving, I like a rear 3 pt. hitch, you can see it. I could see (at least) several trips on and off the seat to hook up to that one shown, and removing the forks (if you plan on turning) will be a pita. I'd burn a hole in the end of one of the forks to put a ball in it first.

It's safer for the operator to have a taller back plate, I have the tall version and it really helps keeps loads from wanting to fall back

Hadn't thought about welding on a separate receiver tube. That's where I was leaning, with the taller back plate, because that one just looks more useful to me. I do already have a 3 point trailer mover Rustyiron, I was just think about versatility down the road. I'll have to check around about dealers. Most dealers around here want almost as much for used equipment as they do new. :( I will check around though before I pull the trigger on one of these.

Get the one with the backrest/brush guard, it's a safety thing, and it's probably easily detachable if you have low ceilings somewhere.

Awesome, ordered the one with the arched top today: Titan 42" Pallet Fork Attachment Tractor Kubota Holland Skid Steer Quick tach I just happened to check their web site today and there was a price drop from $524 to $471.60 so I jumped on it. I checked around here and no one was even close price-wise. I bought one of Titan's 3 point trailer mover things and have been very pleased with it, so hopefully this will be of similar quality. I appreciate everyone's help and suggestions!

Received my forks and I like them a lot. There's a couple minor bends at the top and it was scratched up on the top, but I don't get worked up by stuff like that. They seem well made and they went on my tractor without any problem at all. Took my son and I less than 5 minutes to get my bucket off and get the forks on and I had never touched a SSQA lever before and had no idea what I was doing. I ordered them Thursday afternoon and we got them Monday morning.

Congratulations!

You will absolutely love pallet forks if you've never owned them before. That is about all I use on my tractor is pallet forks. Heck my neighbor just came over today and said that he has a big 1000lb tank that he can't lift with his bucket on his Kobota and asked me if I would care to lift it with my tractor using the forks and I said I didn't mind.

Good luck!

That is the model I have. Plenty stout and the arch helps protect from something rolling off backwards. In regards to using the receiver hitch model, the forks are heavy and not something that I would want to take on/off much.
