Question for you guru's out there:
When turning the steering wheel of the 318 all the way to where the wheels lock out, is a slight bit more turn (1/8th or so) in the steering wheel normal? It does turn a little more and seems to stress the hydraulics when you try. Should the wheel be at a dead stop when the wheels stop turning, or is a little more play normal? Someone suggested that this meant there was something wrong with the steering, likely bad seals in the hydraulic steering cylinder.
Thanks for your responses!
