I recently ordered up some Kubota filters and such for good price, fair shipping here to west coast. I needed a belt for rear finish mower, called local dealers, no one had landpride belt in stock, special order, I would have to pay shipping and tax on top of high price. I looked it up on Messicks online and had the order done in 10 minutes. It will be here before the local dealers could get it here.

I always figured it wouldn't make sense to order parts from dealer so far away from me, but upon reading all of the posts in this thread, I think I'm missing out on something good. I like my local dealer, but they aren't very aggressive in getting parts, everything seems to come on the slow boat.

Neil, I am addicted to your Youtube videos. Thank you for going to all the hassle in producing those. I really enjoy them.

When I order parts and fluids for my recommended service Neil warned me about the freight for the fluids... told him I did not have a local dealer and the nearest dealer didn't carry SUDT

I had my order the same week and it was much more convenient too!

They have been very fair on shipping costs -- one time I ordered a 5-gal pail of Kubota grease and they figured out how to ship it without killing the price. I am sure that pail will outlast me, but it saves quite a bit of $$ over buying individual tubes of grease.

Can't beat their prices and quick shipping. Normally I get deliveries from them in 1-2 days from PA to VA, standard ground shipping. Beats driving 50+ miles to my dealer.

Besides knowing their equipment inside out their quick shipping astounds me.

I ordered filters with standard shipping at 10:12 a.m. Monday A HOLIDAY!! They were delivered at 10:19 a.m Tuesday!!

They are a class act! I'm 60 miles North of Atlanta and my parts come from them too!

I always check Messicks first then go to local dealer 15 miles away to see if parts are available. If not available local it takes them at least a week to get the part, were if Messicks has it I have it next day.

I’m replacing a clutch among other things on my B21 and called Messicks. Spoke to a service guy for at least 30 minutes. He answered everything, told me what parts I would need, what to check for etc. I happen to have the service manual and we went through things page by page! Messicks rocks!

Mean while my local kubota dealer wouldn’t talk to me for more then 3 minutes before saying I need to bring the tractor in! Commenting everyone thinks it’s the clutch! Messick for everything!
