An unexpected engine shutdown due to a seat switch is a safety issue!

It is. When lifting the seat, I see two switches on the BX-25D-1. I would understand what one switch would do, but two?

My BX2230 has two seat switches. One is for normal activities like mowing. The other is for flipping the seat up/forward with the rear pto engaged to run a sprayer and not need to be on the seat. Probably yours is set up the same. Jon

Also I sometimes need to buckle my seat belt to keep the switch engaged on slopes. Jon
