I have seen many welders in my 45 years of construction that do welds with as perfect precision as a machine. Never discount the human ability to produce perfection also.

Well, that definitely was not one of my beads, but I can sure appreciate it.

Below is an example of my BEST work on my best day. It ain't nowhere as pretty as the first weld posted. But the hook hasn't fell off yet either!.:laughing:

Thanks!. I thought my 7018 stick weld on the hook looked better than the MIG weld of the little plate on top of the bucket that the Korean chap did at the factory.
