Here is one I seen this morning, tractor only had one chain on it ( as in NOTHING on the front) wrapped around the draw bar. And not even tight. It was ran side to side on the trailer through the stake pockets then the end was wrapped around the draw bar and hooked back into itself,

That doesn't surprise me! It's amazing how often I see skid loaders and mini ex just setting on the trailer with nothing securing them.
