Kubota b26
I have a Kubota B26 that I purchased used. I am changing the filters and hydraulic fluid in the reservoir. I cannot find how much fluid it requires (capacity). I added 5 gallons, but it still doesn't show on the stick. Plus I can reason that the reservoir looks larger than 5 gallons...

Thanks for any replies...

Randy

I also have a B26 and thought I could help but it's nowhere to be found in my manuals or on line.
Might have to contact your dealer.
Good luck.

How much did you drain out?
Add a litre at a time, until it shows on the dipstick - then half-litres until it shows full. Record the total amount in your manual and write it on the machine somewhere for future reference.
Plus post it here for kwanwons benefit too.

Call a dealer. They have all that information. They are able to look it up to advise customers how much oil to buy and such

L39 takes 11 gallon.

Regular B take about 5 gallons.

B26, Figure two 5 gallon pails and you will have extra.

Might I add that you put some red dye in the hyd fluid. Makes it so much easier to see, plus if you have any leaks you can pinpoint them too.

I use John Deere #MT3668, cost about 7 dollars.

I learn something every day! I do have a small leak I need to isolate. Thank You!

When I have a small leak, I try to ignore it. I figure oil protects against rust. I have a few weeps. Nothing a rag doesn't clean up.
