Sorry, you have to find a Yanmar dealer and order parts from them. No direct sales from GA that I know of.

My number one suggestion to Yanmar Tractor would be to set up an online parts order system (ala JDParts.com) Still goes through the local dealer as they shouldn't compete directly. But, give a way to locate, price, and order directly if there is no local support.

I would also suggest to Yanmar to create YouTube videos comparing their new YT series tractors to the competition, like Neal from Messick's does.

I use Brim Tractor in Mt. Vernon as my parts source. They have several outlets on the west side / east side of WA and OR.
They are a Yanmar dealer and do a great job of getting parts. If the Georgia folks don't have them, then GA parts warehouse orders directly from Japan.

I respectfully disagree. Videos showing their equipment would be a great addition; just not with the competitors. It really is bad form, and rarely is effective. YMMV!
Just courious, was the parts expensive? My kubota parts are like buying gold. Im considering a 359C but i do worry i might hit a low limb with the rear of the cab and it does seem to hang out there a little bit.

When it came time for my initial 50 hr service, the dealer had a pre-packaged set of filters and oil conveniently in stock.
In the course of changing all the fluids, I managed to misplace the orange rubber/plastic UTF fill plug and may have tossed it out with the used filters.:duh: That part was not stocked in US. The dealer ordered it and had it in about 10 days. I had to drive out and back to pick it up.
Yanmar parts do seem to be more "controlled" than they were for my previous Cub Cadet. It seems like you need to go through the dealer network to get parts. The dealer is knowledgeable and I'm glad to have his help/assistance. Generic equivalent maintenance parts are not yet obvious.
I'd love to have the option of drop-shipping parts to me (with "profit" to my dealer) vs. driving 70 miles to pick up parts. Dealer does keep parts dept open until 2 pm on Saturdays - which is helpful.
A website set up to drop-ship parts to my door (ala almost every other business with a web-portal!) would save a lot of travel, time and associated cost. I'd also love to be able to view an exploded parts diagram.

I agree, my first recommendation for Yanmar is to continuously improve their marketing, because why build awesome new machines and then not market them effectively?
Second is to build a robust parts and service network with drop shipping available.
I understand it's easier said than done and takes time, but Yanmar has the history and resources to be able to do it right.

I third all of this. Deere's part system is online and has all of this. I would imagine Yanmar has the parts online for the dealers, and just needs to add the end user functionality.
