Renovating with Harbor Freight

/ Renovating with Harbor Freight #11
Helped my Son in Law stripping tiles.
Had fancy tools but what worked fastest and best was to smash the tiles in place with a 5 lb sledge and use a square garden spade.
We cleared a 12 X 12 area in all of about 20 mins.

Interesting point of contrast here, tile on concrete to me meant vinyl tile, where to you it meant ceramic/porcelain so your method would have been my choice for your tile also, my tile being vinyl the sledge approach wouldn't have done anything but relieved and then elevating frustration levels!

Should have included the fact that tiles were ceramic and on built up plywood base.
Agree that vinyl on concrete is a whole different kettle of fish. There the blade mounted on a recip saw might work just fine.
