The SneakyPete holsters are pretty cool. Looks like a cell phone case

The best holster for all conditions I have found is the Kangaroo Carry. I will carry a Colt Government model .380 quite often. This method is great for driving where other carry methods are compromised. The only drawback for some is a button up shirt works better than a T-shirt.

I have 2 SneakyPete holsters, a nice leather one and a denim one for my Beretta Tom Cat .32, the leather one is for dress and the denim one is for every day wear. I like them so much I bought my brother-in-law one for a Christmas gift and my neighbor one for a favor he did for me.

One thing I have not seen discussed in this thread is re-holstering the hand gun

In many respects, re-holstering can be the most dangerous aspects of carrying...especially a handgun with no external safety.
I am NOT an IWB fan...and when I pocket carry, if I need to re-holster, I pull the holster out of my pocket to insert the gun. IIRC, Sticky holsters recommends this, but I've been doing it a lot longer than I've owned a Sticky holster.

I don't carry my LCP in a holster. Just drop it in my pocket.

Do what you want...but a pocket holster is not only the safest way to go, it should hold the gun in the best position for a draw as well as keep the pocket lint and other debris off the gun.
I have carried the LCP in a vest pocket, sans holster...but the gun is the only thing that's ever gone in the vest pocket.

Yeah, your right on the position for a draw. But, I can do OK with it as it is. When putting in my front pocket, I turn my pocket inside out and remove any lint or debris before putting the gun in there.

My brother in law told me the same thing as you and it does make sense.
