Just wanted to thank everyone on this & the other forums. Been reading for a while, & was just about to pull the trigger on a new XR4140 when I ran across an auction on a 2016 XR4150, & I wound up getting that instead (for just a bit more than I was looking to put in as a down payment on a new package deal). With 54 hours on the clock, she's almost brand new, & the price was better than any deal I could have negotiated for "dealer new", so I now have a much bigger implement budget. Since the philosophy seems to be "it didn't happen if there are no pictures ...

So far for implements have PHD (new Speeco @ auction). Grapple, & Pallet forks ... looking for a BB & flail mower to round out the package over the next few weeks. Took four days of driving to collect everything, but seemed worth the hassle to me. Besides, got to see some parts of the country with my dad that neither of us had ever been to before. Thanks everyone.

You'll get plenty of good service from your choice of machines.

Work it. Don't be afraid to bring those RPMs up to 2000+, after warm up.

Lugging it is almost as bad as not letting that turbo cool back down in our heat.

Congrats from over by UF.

It was set up for a grapple on the loader by the original owner. I'll keep it that way for now, & see if I "need"/want to change over to a true 3rd function on the joystick after using it this way for a while.

Congrats! Nice tractor and trailer. I have to ask, what length is your trailer?

Very nice Tractor!

IMHO

You might need to rethink chaining down rear of your Tractor to your raised 3-point drawbar. If 3-point relaxes your Tractor is loose. If 3-point was lowered all the way, might be ok.

Drawbar is better tie down point.
