This tractor has sight glasses by the pto and they look empty, i have since heard u need a die in the oil to see it better in the sight glass im sure i got to much in it , have heard not to worry bout overfill and heard i need to drain some, other than what im talking bout hydraulics are working fine, going to check that pin tomorrow

If you overfilled the transmission/transaxle you will have fluid overflowing from the dipstick the next time you work the tractor and the hyd fluid expands with temperature. You'll want to drain some of excess hyd fluid.
The gauge issue means accessing the bottom of the gauges where the electrical wiring connects. Likely have to pull the cluster and follow the leads to either the fuse box or a ground strip.
The JD Technical Repair Manual for your tractor is a "mandatory" reference component to your shop - IMO.
The JD website offers a number of manuals, etc. for download (free) for many of JD tractors, loaders, etc.

As others stated if timing rod on quick attach is not pinned(secured) then bucket cylinder with the least resistance will move 1st then cylinder with most resistance will move.
i checked the aligning rod on the loader and the left pin is missing so that issue is fixed, thanks all who responded. still having gauge issue , have cleaned battery ground to frame and looking for any other ground points to check, since both gauges are acting weird this seems the most logical approach, any ideas?
