Silly guy, he did not need a rocket, all he had to do was put some pallets in a few fields and check for curvature.

Why does he need a rocket to fly 1800 feet high? A quadcopter could probably fly that high.

Was curious so looked on YouTube. A DJI Phantom 3 is like the Model T of drones and sells for $6-800.
It’s doesn’t seem this gent is in the US, where the default maximum altitude is set in software to 400 feet. But this is supposed to be 1,000 meters.
Also saw some eagle attacks on there!

Looks like George Gobel was right. He was a fighter pilot in WWII, but never left the states. He was stationed in Oklahoma for most of the time. He said the U.S. Air Corps knew what it was doing leaving him here; that there wasn't a Japanese plane that got past Tulsa.

Those Japanese planes must have had really big fuel tanks.
wThey were carrier aircraft and didn't have fly that far. The carriers were equiped with tractor treads so they could cross the continents in a straight line.
